  • Guaranteed in writing

    Labour and parts are covered by a written guarantee. If the same problem comes back during the guarantee period, we return at no extra cost.

Everyday repairs and fixes

Our plumbers fix sinks that drain poorly, dripping taps, toilets that keep running and water heaters that no longer keep up. They look for the cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptom.

Depending on the problem, see our pages on drain cleaning, a clogged toilet, the water heater or water leak repair. Each one covers the signs to watch for and what you can try before you call us.

When a drain keeps clogging, two services go further: hydro jetting cleans the whole inside wall of the pipe with high-pressure water, and a drain camera inspection shows what is going on inside before any work is decided.

Installations, replacements and renovations

A good share of our work is planned ahead. We install toilets, faucets, dishwashers and sinks, replace water heaters and sump pumps that have reached the end of their life, and handle the plumbing for bathroom and kitchen renovations.

For this kind of job, the plumber takes time to look at what is already there: the condition of the pipes, the space available, the fittings that need adapting. You know what to expect before work begins, and it happens at a time that suits you. For a quote, call us or send a service request with a few photos.

Backwater valves and lead service lines

Two jobs directly protect your home and your drinking water. A backwater valve stops water from the municipal sewer from flowing back into your basement when the system overflows during heavy rain. We install them, replace valves that no longer seal properly and show you how to look after them.

Lead water service lines are still found in quite a few older homes. We replace these pipes, and the plumber first walks you through what the work involves at your place: access, how long it takes, and what to plan for. Both jobs call for a proper look on site, so give us a call to talk it through.

Emergencies, day and night

These situations call for a plumber right away: water running that you can’t stop, wastewater rising through the floor drain, the only toilet in the house blocked, or no water at all during a cold snap. For those, a plumber answers day and night, weekends and holidays included.

Our 24/7 emergency plumbing page covers what to do in the first few minutes, and our pages on sewer backups and frozen pipes go through the two emergencies homeowners worry about most.

How we work, from the first call to the finished job

On the phone, someone on the team looks at the situation with you, and the price is confirmed before anyone drives out, with no obligation. On site, the plumber explains what they find before repairing anything, and tells you what to keep an eye on afterward.

We are a plumbing company licensed by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. Our own plumbers come out: we never hand your call to a subcontractor.

What helps us prepare the visit

A few details let us pinpoint the problem on the first call and send the right plumber with the right equipment:

  • what you see: where the water is, which fixture is affected, and since when;
  • what you have already tried: plunger, drain product, shutting off the water;
  • the type of building: house, duplex or triplex, condo, and which floor;
  • access: parking, door code, pets, or a building manager on site.

If you write rather than call, attach photos of the fixture, the damage and the label on appliances such as the water heater. They often save a second trip.

Frequently asked questions

(438) 379-2352
Do you do renovation plumbing?

Yes. We handle the plumbing for bathroom and kitchen renovations, from rerouting pipes to hooking up the new fixtures. Describe your project on the phone or in a service request, with a few photos, and we'll prepare a quote.

Can you install a backwater valve?

Yes. We install and replace backwater valves. The plumber first checks how your drains are connected, then explains where the valve should go and how to maintain it so it keeps doing its job.

Do I need to be home while the work is done?

Someone needs to let the plumber in and show where the problem is. For planned work, we agree on a time when you, or someone you trust, can be home.
