Person in charge of protecting personal information
As required by Law 25, the person in charge of protecting personal information is:
- Title / Person in charge: Administrator — Hamou Ait Moussa
- Email: plomberiepipemasters@gmail.com
- Mailing address: 3841 boul. Saint-Jean-Baptiste Montréal (Québec) H1B5V4 Canada
- Phone: the number shown at the top of this page
Personal information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with our website or our team, we may process the following:
- your contact details (name, phone number, email) when you get in touch with us;
- the information needed to provide the plumbing service requested, such as the address and a description of the problem;
- photos you choose to attach to a service request;
- technical browsing data (cookie identifiers, pages viewed, interactions);
- advertising and audience measurement data, depending on your consent choices;
- technical reports about site errors (page, browser, device), when an error occurs.
How it is collected: directly from you, by phone or through the service request form, and automatically through web technologies (cookies and tags), according to the consent settings shown on the site.
Service request form and photos
Information and photos sent through the service request form are used only to assess your request, call you back and prepare the visit. They are received and stored using the form tools of our hosting provider, Wix. Please don’t send photos showing people or documents that aren’t relevant to the request.
Measuring calls from our ads
When you reach our site from a Google ad, the phone number shown may be replaced by a forwarding number provided by Google. The call connects you with our team, just like our usual number. Google may then record information about the call, such as the time, duration and the caller’s area code, to measure how well our ads perform. This tracking depends on your consent choices for advertising.
Detecting site errors
When a page of the site or the service request form doesn’t work properly, an error report is sent to Sentry, an error monitoring service run by Functional Software, Inc. The report is used only to find and fix the problem.
The report contains:
- the address of the page and the error message;
- the type of browser, operating system and device;
- where applicable, recent actions on the page, such as clicks on buttons or links;
- the date and time.
It doesn’t contain your name, phone number, email, IP address, the content of the form or your photos. Sentry doesn’t place any cookie on your device. This error detection works regardless of your consent choices, since it isn’t used to identify you. Reports are stored in the United States and deleted automatically after 90 days at most.
Why we use it
- To answer your service requests and communicate with you.
- To plan, carry out and follow up on service calls.

- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Cookies and consent
Our site uses a consent management platform that lets you accept, refuse or change your preferences by purpose, in clear and simple language.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with the preferences button on this page.
Consent settings and profiling technologies
Some technologies used on the site can indirectly identify a user, roughly locate a session or build a usage profile for measurement and optimization. You can turn them on or off in our consent interface, and your choices apply by purpose.

- Customer requests (phone, email, form and photos): kept for business and administrative follow-up, then securely deleted or anonymized.
- Technical browsing data: kept according to the settings of the active tools and your consent choices.
- Site error reports: deleted automatically by Sentry after 90 days at most.
