By phone, day and night

Contact our plumbers or send a service request

The easiest way to reach us is by phone: someone on the team answers day and night, 365 days a year. In an emergency, call right away. For a repair or a project you want to plan, a call is still the quickest way to book a time and know the price upfront, but you can also write to us with a service request and a few photos.

Service request

For a project to plan, a quote, or if you would rather write, describe the situation in the form. Add photos if you can: they help us prepare the visit.

An emergency? Don’t write: call, someone answers right away.

What happens when you call

  1. A person answers. You explain the situation directly to someone on the team.
  2. We talk it through with you. A few questions are often enough to pinpoint the problem. If there is something you can do to limit the damage in the meantime, we tell you right away.
  3. The price is confirmed. Before the plumber drives out, you know the price, travel included. Then you decide, with no obligation.
  4. The plumber heads out, or we book a time together if the work can wait.
  • What to have ready before you call

Have your full address handy, a description of what you are seeing and, if possible, the brand of the fixture or appliance involved. If you rent, we come out for you too: just let your landlord or building manager know. For the most common situations, our service pages explain what to do while you wait, starting with the 24/7 emergency plumbing page.

  • Is it an emergency?

Call right away if water is running and you can’t stop it, if dirty water is coming up in the basement, if the only toilet in the house is blocked or if you have no water during a cold snap. A slow drain, a dripping tap or a rumbling water heater can wait for an appointment, but they are worth fixing before they get worse.

  • Planning a project or repair

Replacing a water heater, putting in new faucets, redoing the plumbing in a bathroom or fitting a backwater valve: this kind of work is best planned. Call us to talk it over, or describe your project in writing with a few photos. We will get back to you to go over the details, suggest a price and book a time that works for you.

  • After the job: follow-up and written guarantee

Call the same number. Every job is covered by a written guarantee on labour and parts: if the same failure comes back during the warranty period, a technician returns at no extra charge. Keep the invoice and the guarantee handed to you at the end of the job, as they make follow-up easier.

  • Opening hours: 24/7 emergencies, planned work by appointment

Emergency service runs around the clock: evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Repairs and planned projects are booked at a time that suits you, over the phone or after you write to us.

  • Where our plumbers come from

Our base is in Pointe-aux-Trembles, in east Montreal, and our plumbers come to you on the island of Montreal, in Laval and on the North and South Shores. The regions we cover are described on the service areas page.
