East Montreal, our home base
The company is based in Pointe-aux-Trembles. The neighbouring districts at the east end of the island, from Rivière-des-Prairies down to Montréal-Est, are where our plumbers are most often on the road. It is also the area whose housing we know best: plenty of plexes and post-war houses, with older pipes and basements prone to backups. Backwater valves are a common job here, and we still replace lead water service lines in some of these homes.

Anywhere on the island of Montreal
Our plumbers travel across the whole island, from downtown out to the West Island. The needs change from one borough to the next: older duplexes and triplexes in the central neighbourhoods, single-family homes and finished basements further west. A bathroom renovation in a Plateau triplex or a water heater swap in a West Island bungalow: the service and the way we work stay the same.

In Laval
Our plumbers serve Laval the same way they serve Montreal. Pipes in the older neighbourhoods and finished basements raise the same issues as in Montreal: slow drains, water heaters at the end of their life, sewer backups during heavy rain. The bridge makes no difference for planned work: we simply book a time that suits you. Laval’s own rules on valves, sewer backups and lead service lines are gathered on our plumber in Laval page.

Across the North Shore, east and west
On the North Shore, we work to the east, from around Repentigny to Terrebonne and on toward Lanaudière, and to the west in the Basses-Laurentides, from Saint-Eustache toward Saint-Jérôme (St-Jérôme). The distance from our base varies a lot from one town to another, which is why the arrival time is confirmed on the phone for your address.

On the South Shore, across the bridges
On the South Shore, our plumbers go to Longueuil and the neighbouring municipalities, for repairs as well as planned work. The bridge crossing and the time of day both affect the arrival time, which we confirm when you call. The by-laws of Longueuil, of Brossard and of Boucherville are gathered on our plumber on the South Shore page.
How we work out arrival times
It depends on your address, the time of day and which plumbers are already on the road. When you call, someone on the team confirms the arrival time for your address. If your situation is urgent and you are on the edge of an area, call anyway: we confirm availability right away and travel farther when the situation is urgent.
For planned work, distance matters much less: we agree on a date and a time window together, and the plumber arrives prepared. For what to do while you wait in an emergency, see our 24/7 emergency plumbing page. To describe a project in writing, send a service request.
